The Women’s Fitness Bootcamp

The
process is simple – if you attend every session and give 100% effort
you will see fantastic results. Each workout has been designed to be
fun and challenging with a variety of exercises and energizing
activities.
How long will it take to start looking & feeling better?
Physical
improvements can be felt in as little as 2-3 days, where visual changes
usually take 2-4 weeks, depending on the effort you put in. The purpose
of the camp is to show individual improvements, not compete with
others. By the end of the 4-week camp participants notice their body is
more fit and toned, and personal confidence and self-esteem increase as a
result.
