Joil Bergeron, MS, CPS, CSCS*D, ACSM HFI
Coach
Bergeron is the creator and director of the fitness bootcamp and draws
his experience from time working as a professional
strength coach (Manchester Wolves), NCAA Division I track &
field
coach (Florida International University), and former coach at other
colleges and high schools. Bergeron holds a Master's degree
in
exercise & sport science with a concentration in strength and
conditioning, and maintains six different certifications related
to fitness training. He has lectured at the national,
regional, state, and local level
for organizations such as the National Strength & Conditioning
Association
(for whom he is the NH chapter director), The Fitness Professionals
Association of NH (for whom he is the director), the East Coast
Alliance (Miami, New York), The Arnold Strength Summit (Ohio), and
others. Bergeron has directed numerous educational events
and trains other trainers and coaches how to better assist their
clients.
He is a former NCAA Division I athlete competing in track
and field, and still competes recreationally in the throws and jumps.
He brings a level of enthusiasm and the combination of both first-hand experience and
scientifically-based knowledge separating our services from other fitness facilities and trainers in the area.
